The Proposal Story Media Inc. (TPS) is proud to announce the launch of the site TheProposalStory.com, a social network focused on the wedding proposal. Along with the site launch, TPS is proud to announce the "Top Proposal Story" wedding proposal contest with a grand prize of a $1000 Tiffany & Co. Gift Certificate.
TheProposalStory.com is the first social network focused on the sharing of wedding proposal stories and engagement tips. The site harnesses Facebook Connect to allow visitors to quickly and easily register and share with friends and family. Married and engaged visitors can share their story and help out others by writing tips and answering questions, while other visitors can read and get ideas for their own proposals! Both married and single visitors to the site can do some research on wedding and travel industry professionals who also have profiles on the site.
"It's a great way for people to share their stories with their friends and family, and for others to get some really original ideas on when, where, and how to propose. I wish I had this resource when I popped the question!" says Victor Yih, V.P. of Marketing & Business Development. "We're really excited about growing the site and reading some great stories! Also our free Vendor Accounts feature is a great platform for businesses to engage and interact with a very targeted audience."
The "Top Proposal Story" contest runs until January 31, 2010 and the winning story will receive a $1000 USD Tiffany & Co. Gift Certificate. Users need only write their story and publish it to the public to enter. The winner will be chosen by February 2, 2010, just in time for Valentine's Day.
Victor Yih adds: "The timing of the contest is actually perfect since there are so many proposals in December and January. Share your story, win the contest, and take your spouse shopping at Tiffany for Valentines Day. Sounds good to us".
